Returns

Each hat is meticulously crafted in our atelier in Los Angeles. We make everything to order so there is no wastage in the process.

When purchasing, please use our size guide to make sure you order a hat which fits. 

We currently only accept returns if a hat reaches you damaged. And as most of the materials (aside from felt) are vintage and up-cycled, we do not deem frayed ends or distressing to be damage.
